Online Registration Is OPEN -- Set up Your Norris Box Office Online Account first and then register for Fall courses

Click on the attachment below for instructions to set up your NORRIS BOX OFFICE ONLINE ACCOUNT.  You must do this in order to register for Fall Quarter courses.

ONLINE REGISTRATION BEGINS ON MONDAY, AUGUST 7, 2017, at 12:00 am CT. 

If you are on the mailing list, you will get the course brochure as in the past.  REGISTRATION MAY ONLY BE DONE ONLINE OR AT THE NORRIS BOX OFFICE WINDOW BY THE MAIN DESK AT NORRIS CENTER.

Ways to Create a Norris Box Office online account

1. Click anywhere in the lavender box near the top of the Home page --Online course registration begins Monday, August 7, 2017, at 12:00 am CT.  Read how to set up your account and complete as instructed.  OR

2. Click on this link and fill out the General Public New User Registration form on the Norris Box Office website.  OR

3. Click on the Login page and then click on General Public New User Registration.

You must create a user id here before registering for a course. Each person must use his or her own email address when registering.

Additional Information Regarding Online Registration

Single Course Registration:  $175.00 for the Fall 2017 nine-week quarter.

MULTIPLE COURSE REGISTRATION FOR ONE PERSON
 Attending 2 courses $325.00
 Attending 3 courses $475.00
 Attending 4 courses $625.00

Bring your class entry card to each class as it must be shown to the proctors at the entry door. Your email confirmation from Norris Box Office verifies your registration but it is not your entry to class.  Replacement cards will be provided at a fee of $30.00.

Refund Policy:  Before a refund can be issued, your registration card must be returned. Send your entry card and parking pass to Alumnae Continuing Education, P.O. Box 2789, Glenview, IL 60025. A processing fee of $10.00 will be charged on all refunds. 
 
Withdrawal Schedule and Refund Amount:
Prior to the first meeting, refund is registration less the processing fee.
After the first class meeting, but before second class, refund is registration less $30.00.
After the second class meeting, but before third class, refund is registration less $60.00.
No refunds will be given after the third class.

CONTINUING EDUCATION SEATING POLICY

As stated in our brochure, be sure to bring your class entry card to each class, as it must be shown to the proctors at the door for entry to the class. Please note: in order to guarantee seating for our registered students, there will be only one time you will be allowed in with a temporary card. After that, you will be required to purchase a replacement card at the per diem price.
