First, make sure you are enrolling on the correct website. Sometimes students try to log in to the Alumnae website. The correct website is nbo.universitytickets.com and the banner looks like this:

2. Enter your email address and click below on "Forgot Password?" You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
